A note of introduction to J.J. Signs and Art. For over twenty years we design and manufacture those quality signs that make a personable impression On potential customers.

These works are soul and mind voyages. Past and present life observations, translated with metaphor, sarcasm, and humor, into works of art. Some allude to being raised a catholic, observation of being black in America, and other moments of remembrance. Like grandma's favorite song. Events and un-events are all sources of inspiration, and making these salvaged moments rhyme, with salvaged elements is the process I love. The rhymes come in day dreams, and asleep in dreams. Inspirations also comes when I'm in focus, and out of the blue. It gives me great pleasures to do what I do, like being in heaven on earth, which is not exactly the catholic way, but my own. This is my intimate fetish.
